National Investment Bank (NIB) Officials Visits KHRC

Officials from the National Investment Bank paid a visit to the Kintampo Health Research Centre as part of the bank’s Customer Service Week celebration.

The team, comprising Mr. Samuel Sarpong, Managing Director, Ms. Mary Owusu Brefo, Head of Customer service, Mr. Richard Antwi, Zonal Manager for Ashanti and Brong Ahafo Zone, Mr. Evans Kusi Appiah, Branch Manager, Kintampo and Mr. Kwaku Sarpong, Zonal Officer met with the management of KHRC to discuss how better to improve the bank’s services rendered to KHRC and customers at the Centre.

Management, on the other hand, highlighted some challenges staff who patronize the bank's services encounter and offered some recommendations as to how these challenges can be addressed.
